Monday March 16 – 10:00AM
A Step Ahead Prosthetics has been working around the clock to devise and implement a “REMOTE ASSISTANCE” protocol.
We understand that while we’re all trying our best to stay safe, our patients needs come first. If you believe you’ll be needing prosthetic services in the next few weeks do not hesitate to contact us. We’re prepared to arrange a way to help you.
We have put in place the infrastructure necessary to tend to patients remotely through Skype/FaceTime calls and will be facilitating the shipment of prosthetics parts and accessories. We have also enhanced our already stringent hygiene standards to ensure that every room and common areas are kept as sterile as possible.
Given the severity of this situation we are repairing and servicing prosthesis made by other facilities and are reviewing all cases regardless if you are our patient or not. Many facilities are closed or will be closing soon, we want to make sure your needs will be fulfilled.
For the safety of our patients, staff and yourself please call or email beforehand, as we are carefully staggering appointments to reduce the risk of cross contamination. Should you have any questions or concerns, please call us at (516) 681-3484
Friday March 13 – 04:00PM
